The stuff was very supportive and exceptionally helpful, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Its location in Istanbul was convenient and the best, very close to the bus station instead of the airport as well as the Blue Mosque and all the other attractions there. It also was near to main tourist place.

The room was well decorated with a terrace with a comfortable bed.

The location was particularly good for walking around a Holy mosque. Plus it was in a very comfortable area. The room was good-sized and with a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating at your disposal, nice view of the sea...

I recently stayed at Sphendon Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for exploring the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions yet peaceful at night. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the Bosphorus. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were all knowledgeable and provided perfect service. The location was very central, stunning close to main attractions. A few times I ate at Little Havana, located relatively near the hotel.

It was a lovely small and beautifully decorated hotel in the center of Istanbul. The breakfast spread was very good, with a huge variety of tasty options. The staff was brilliantly helpful in managing every request. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The location was the best and quiet and the room was fairly clean. There were restaurants and bars near the place.

Great location, close to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Accommodating staff, offering reasonably priced laundry service. Breakfast served in a nice dining room with a pleasant courtyard. Rooms vary in size, street-facing ones larger. Clean rooms with pleasant views. Airport cab arranged at a lower rate.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast great. Rooms are nice but small and noisy neighbours could be a problem. A little hard to find the first time but easy from then on. Highly recommended.

The decorations were a nice combination of classic european and turkish. The breakfast in the morning was a delicious turkish buffet, they even got it ready early for us so that we could catch the 7:30 am shuttle to the airport. The shuttle costs 5 euro per person. The rooftop has a lovely view towards the bosphorus and the courtyard in the back is bordered on one side by an old byzantine city wall - very cool!

The beds are firm by american standards, but not for Turkish standards. They seem to have firm mattresses everywhere here. There is a mosque very near to the hotel, so you hear the call to prayer a few times a day, but there are mosques almost everywhere in Istanbul so this is hard to avoid.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic - great room and perfect location. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we had a flight mishap.

The menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

Wonderful hotel with friendly supportive staff. No bar or restaurant, only (a very nice) breakfast. But you can buy your drinks in the supermarket around the corner and drink them in the garden or on the roof terrace with a wonderful view. All main sights are really at walking distance and there great restaurants and nice bars nearby. I can recommend this hotel to anybody.

The location was great, quiet place at a walking distance from the major sites and restaurants. The hotel staff was amazing and provided us with great tips! The view from the terrace is mind blowing!

the breakfast was satisfactory with omelette and a great view of the citadel wall, and the staff were nice. as for me, the location was marvellous and amazing, very close to the blue mosque, haggia sophia, the grand bazaar and the sultanahmet metro station and the best restaurants in sultan ahmet, a hundred-foot high natural cliff and the museum of great palace mosaics.

The staff was friendly and supportive, great location within walking distance to major attractions, charming and clean room, daily cleaning service, decent wifi.
